From September 15-22, 2010 the Second International School on Nanophotonics and Photovoltaics was organized in Tsaghadzor. The school was sponsored by the Mediterranean Institute of Fundamental Physics. The local organizer was Quantum college. 83 participants from 12 countries took part in this school. A lot of world famous professors and scientists were present and shared their experience and ideas with their colleagues as well as with the PhD students taking part in the school. Besides the academic programme, a very interesting social programme was organized too, which made the participants stay in Armenia an unforgettable time full of impressions and good memories.
The participants left Armenia with a lot of new ideas and new designed projects which were the result of the discussions and maybe with the hope to have another reason to return to Armenia again.
Everybody hopes the new ideas will have their future development and give good results!
