A time to make a historic difference is upon us.

The Vision emerges directly from Quantum’s strategic plans. The Capital Campaign Vision calls for action to sustain and build our excellence. Fulfilling the Vision means striving to meet international standards so that Quantum students can succeed on the world stage.

Quantum is in sound financial shape. Our school spirit is strong, and our academic and community programmes place us on the top rung among independent schools. As educators, we are making a profound difference in the destiny of our students, just as Quantum graduates worldwide make a difference wherever they live and work.

In our year and beyond, we recognize the challenges before us and have a plan to address them:

• We must be able to teach to a variety of learning styles.
• There is a shortage of qualified teachers.
• Our current facilities do not address the growing need for synergy in the arts.
• Downturns in the global economy put Quantum education out of reach for many good families.
• More than ever students need to be exposed to diverse peoples, communities and ideas.
• Tuition fees do not cover the full cost of a Quantum education.
• As educators, we have a moral imperative to teach students sustainable habits.
• The original buildings need modification.

Going forward, this campaign will:

• Create a learning enrichment centre that supports individual learning styles so every student can meet his/her maximum potential.
• Attract and retain the best teachers by providing exceptional and innovative professional development opportunities.
• Develop our fine and performing arts facilities to further develop students' abilitities to think creatively.
• Upgrade and expand our facilities to meet the 21^st Century educational priorities, most particularly in the liberal arts, so that our children can think critically.
• Assure that no Quantum student's education is disrupted due to downturns in their family's personal financial situation.
• Ensure that the School is a reflection of Armenian cultural
• Develop our existing campus strategically in anticipation of future needs.
• Demonstrate leadership as a green community where frugality, innovation and sustainable practices are norms.
• Provide funds to students for travel and exposure to ways of life well beyond their own personal experience.
• Invest in the education of future generations of Quantum students.
